Watercolour wedding inspiration

The watercolour trend does not seem to be coming to an end, and I am loving it. There is so much you can do with it and it is so easy to incorporate into a wedding.

I have to say I have got a bit carried away and am finding it very difficult to focus on one design for wedding invitations as you can use it in so many different ways and blend so many colours. So far I have managed to finalise one collection, which I am calling Splash. As the name suggests, I have taken a beautiful simple watercolour splash effect and used it throughout all elements of the wedding stationery collection. Watch out for future collections as I complete them using painted flowers and other images.

The following images have provided me with the inspiration to create my watercolour stationery collections.

The general feel for the theme is something floaty and romantic with colours gently blending into each other. Using these basic elements you can then mix whatever colours you like to create your own personal touches. Whether you choose bold and brights or soft pastels, anything goes and all look great.

Here are some pictures to help inspire you.
